We want you to love your shoes! While we do not offer returns, we’re happy to assist with easy exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit or style.
Items are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (with tags and box).
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
One-time exchanges are free of charge.
You can exchange for a different size, color, or style of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive store credit (valid for 90 days).
We do not accept returns or provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
Store credit is issued only in cases where an exchange cannot be completed (e.g., unavailable size).
Clearance, discounted, or “final sale” items.
Custom or special-order shoes.
Shoes showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or exchange.
Exchanges must be made at the same store where the purchase was made.
Online orders can be exchanged in-store with a valid order confirmation.
